Sam has enjoyed a challenging and varied career primarily as a litigation attorney. He has represented individual and institutional clients in a wide variety of contexts and venues and tried cases in the Juvenile, District and Superior Courts in virtually every county in the Commonwealth. Sam has also argued successfully before the Supreme Judicial Court. Throughout the years Sam has developed strong collegial relationships with individual and institutional clients, representatives of the Massachusetts Trial Court and opposing counsel. In addition to his courtroom experience, Sam has participated in countless mediations and arbitrations in which he has represented both individual and institutional clients. Sam has conducted seminars for insurance companies and provided risk analysis to businesses and insurers. Sam's trial experience includes:

Sam's approach to the practice of law is personal. While he may have a full caseload, he understands that each client's case is the only case that particular client has. Sam believes in both involving and educating his clients to ensure that they are active participants in their cases and feel included in the process. Sam understands that being involved in any type of legal issue can be confusing and overwhelming. Sam will take the time to make sure that each client is equipped with the advice, understanding and confidence required to believe in their case and a chosen course of action. Sam is a native Bostonian. He is a proud graduate of Roxbury Community College where he received his GED and Associates degree. He received his Bachelors degree in literature from Amherst College. Sam attended Suffolk law school where he received his J.D Sam is member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, The Boston Inn of Court and The Roxbury Community College Criminal Justice Advisory Board.
Outside of the practice Sam enjoys teaching, training and competing in Martial Arts and Performing at various music venues throughout New England.
