Brian Roche, Esq.

Brian Roche is an experienced, dedicated, and compassionate trial attorney. He is a graduate of Oberlin College and the University of Denver Sturm College of law. Brian began his career as a public defender in Denver and has also worked as both a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney in Colorado and Michigan. He is fluent in Spanish and has dedicated much of his practice to serving the latino communities in both states. Brian has conducted numerous jury trials and is a zealous advocate in the courtroom and in negotiations. 

Outside of court, Brian enjoys hiking, biking, camping, and skiing with his family. He can be found coaching youth soccer in the spring and fall and volunteering at his church throughout the year. 

Brian’s primary areas of practice are criminal defense and family law. He brings his legal expertise, knowledge, and passion for helping others to our firm. Brian is extremely sympathetic, engaging, and interested in each and every client that sets foot into his office. He believes that every person has a unique story, and he loves listening to his clients’ truths in order to better represent them and communicate their stories with opposing counsel, judges, and jurors.
