Whitney has been working as a paralegal since 2013 and received a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from National Paralegal College. Whitney moved to Traverse City with her family from Tampa, FL, in 2018 and her areas of practice prior to leaving Florida were focused solely on medical malpractice and nursing home negligence claims. She prides herself on seeking out the minute details of a case that truly matter and on her sense of urgency. When not working with clients, Whitney and her husband are spending quality time with those who matter most: their 8-year-old son and their dogs, Buttercup and Dutchess. Even though she has extensive experience in personal injury and medical negligence claims, Whitney’s goal as a paralegal is to ‘always be learning’ and she always looks forward to expanding her knowledge base for different areas of practice. Whitney recently passed the Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam (PACE®) and earned the prestigious Registered Paralegal (RP®) credential through the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA®).
